VARIETIES: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne
This is an almost equal blend of the two varieties sourced from old, mature vineyards on a farm of a small grower in Stellenbosch.The wine was fermented and matured in older French Oak barrels for nine months .Melon and Peach flavours mingle with a hint of Pine resin. This wine has a broad structure with plenty of aromatics on both the nose and pallet. The creamy mouthfeel, excellent structure and long finish can be attributed to the gentle oaking process.
