Jaded Palates prides itself on working for the most part with small, family-run wineries, as we feel this is the best way of ensuring the wines are made with care and passion. Every now and again though, we come across bigger producers who have the same philosophy, and Georges Bertrand definitely falls into this mould. With 11 properties across the Languedoc, they have 400 hectares all under conversion to biodynamic viticulture. Great wines.
