The estate, with 7 generations and its two centuries of winemaking history dating back to 1798 prides itself on producing fine and elegant wines from the mosaic of vineyards in this dry, windy and rugged landscape.
The Grenache Noir is directly pressed and macerated for 10 hours. The varieties are fermented separately at a temperature of 16 °c in stainless steel tanks.
An intense nose, fresh and fruity with floral notes through to a balanced and vibrant palate with a persistent long finish.
