INFO: The Biscardo Family have been making wine from their base in Soave for over 150 years. Plenty enough time to get to grips with the Prosecco and Valpolicella wines that are produced in the region. And come up with new things too - like this baby Amarone. Grapes are very carefully selected so that only those bunches with large enough gaps between the grapes to allow for aeration are chosen. These are then dried in an airy room to allow for maximum concentration.
