INFO: Maison Antech have been making sparkling wines in this area for over 5 centuries. This is a traditional method sparkling with the second fermentation in capped bottles for around 18 months. The wines are pale yellow with golden reflections and fine bubbles. The palate is  bursting with spring flowers and fresh apples and pears, perfect aperitif wine.
