INFO: Marius was Michel Chapoutier's grandfather. It was his saying. "A good wine is a wine you want to taste again" which pushed him to find these vines in the South of France and make a purely pleasurable wine. Sometimes, it pays simply to not have to think about a wine, and just be able to quaff pleasurably. This white does that in spades.
