INFO: Oliver Zeter and his brother Christian have been making high quality wines in the Pfalz since 2007. Oliver started the winery from scratch and says he is free from the shackles of tradition to focus on his own vision. His specialism is Sauvignon Blanc, unusual for a country that is predominantly planted with Riesling vines. Every one of Oliver Zeter's wines is crafted with quality in mind.
Grauburgunder is known more widely as Pinot Gris. This lovely example is full bodied with plenty of fruit but with an elegance, minerality and finess.
