INFO: A fantastic Cremant de Bourgogne from Domaine Brigand made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Domaine comprises just about 7 hectares of chalky/clay soils just outside the Champagne region.  A lovely biscuity nose, crisp on the palate with notes of golden apple. Elegant and great value.
