INFO: The history of the Mandois house dates back to 1735, when Jean Mandois, then based in Epernay, became a winegrower in the Côte des Blancs. His great-grandson, Victor, began to vinify his wines in 1867 and settled in the heart of the village of Pierry in 1905. Today managed by Claude Mandois, 9th generation, the house presses and vinifies its entire 37-hectare vineyard in Pierry. Out of these 37 hectares planted with 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir, 32 hectares have been certified organic since 2020.
With its pale yellow hue and rich mousse, this Champagne has aromas of ripe fruits and lime blossom. This Champagne offers remarkable complexity as a result of its three years ageing in the bottle. The palate has rich, appetizing aromas of honey and toasty notes
