We've carefully selected four very special half bottles for our discerning customers who really can't finish a standard bottle,  but who still want to enjoy good quality wine. • Christophe Mittnacht Pinot Gris 2020;  one of the first domaines in Alsace to convert to biodynamic viticulture in 1999. Christophe believes in minimum intervention, and allowing the soil to express the minerality of each terroir. These wines are super gastronomical, pure fruit, sharp acidity and lovely minerality. 
  
  
• Les Hauts Pémions Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie 37.5cl Christophe Drouard is a real star in Muscadet. He owns 16 hectares with an average age of 40 years situated around the commune of Monnières. Under a new legislation most of their vineyards will become “Grand Cru”.
  
  
• Gilles et Nathalie Fevre Chablis 2021 37.5cl; this is a wonderful 50-hectare domaine, all planted on Kimmeridgian limestone – 33 hectares of which are village Chablis. These soils produce the classic, fine, steely, pure minerally Chablis beloved by many.
