INFO: Bodegas Señorío de Arana is a family winery founded in 1905 with a family tradition of viticulture that we hand down from one generation to the next. They are located in a prime area of Rioja Alavesa.
Fermentation takes place in vats, macerating for 15 days at 28ºC.
Once this is finished, the wines decant naturally based on several
rackings. Subsequently, they move to American oak barrels, where they begin
aging for 15 months. The resulting wine has layers of fruit with a full, structured mouthfeel and subtle tannins.
