INFO: Named after Adamastor, the god of wine and storms which is reflected in the tempestuous weather of Cape Agulhas.

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, the Semillon was matured for 10 months on its lees in 500L old French oak barrels to give texture on the palate. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and notes of white stone fruits, citrus and a distinctive minerality on the finish.

The Semillon gives some weight and texture to the Sauvignon Blanc. Perfect with shellfish, creamy & roast chicken dishes
