INFO: This blend of Costières de Nîmes is mainly made from Syrah and Grenache. The grapes were vinified at low temperature in stainless steel and concrete vats and macerated for three weeks. The decision not to age in barrels was made in order to preserve their natural fruit.  Floral and fresh and then a full, deeply fruity palate
