INFO: Every self-respecting wine store needs a classic Provence rosé.  In our view, the very best comes from the Mont Saint Victoire area - the craggy rock once the muse of many Cézanne paintings. The bone-dry air and seasonal Mistral wind keep things fresh, whilst the lavender and herbs growing everywhere around here seem to be so present in the wines too.
