INFO: Making red wine in a cool climate is a challenge, but this has become one of Sharpham's best-sellers, though production is limited. Expect bright aromas of wild strawberry, dark cherry and cranberry with a hint of baking spice. A rounded and delicate palate with a redcurrant acidity, fine tannins and spice on the finish. This wine is drinking well in its youth but those with patience will reap the rewards a few years down the line.
