INFO: The grapes were harvested at good maturity, and benefited from a long vatting (over 30 days) at controlled temperature. The wine was then matured partially in vats and barrels for about a year. 

The resulting wines display warm, ripe, velvety black fruit and herbal hints. Rich and smooth on the palate
