Vineyards are located in the Cafayate Valley, with over 70 years of age.
Destemmed and pressed using a pneumatic press, protecting the must from oxidation. Fermentation with native yeasts (after settling) in concrete tanks. No addition of nutrients, no acidity correction. Bottled unfiltered and without stabilization.
Intensely aromatic, with notes of white flowers such as jasmine and orange blossoms, with a touch of white peach. Accompanied by good acidity that contributes freshness and liveliness. A great option with Thai food
