INFO: The vineyard is situated 15 kilometres south of Nîmes, near the village of Manduel, near the village of Manduel, in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes.
Cool fermentation took place at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts to preserve the purity of fruit flavours. The wines were then artfully blended to make this cuvée.
A delicate pale pink rosé with enticing aromas of fresh wild strawberries and hints of grapefruit. Refreshing with a persistent finish, completed by subtle hints of nectarine. Simply delicious.
